Enjoy our retreat videos below, and we encourage you and some friends to experience these six sessions together. After each teaching, there are exercises in our retreat workbook you can do (purchase through the button below) and then process the time in your small group.
Day One
Session One: The Transformative Power of God’s Goodness by David Takle, MDiv
The very first session starts with building the foundation for the retreat by understanding the goodness (Chésed) of God.

Session Two: The Depths of God’s Love by Pastor Antony Njoroge
In order to lean into God’s loving arms, we have to see him as a loving Father. Learn what his love actually means in our lives and how it changes everything.

Day Two
Session Three: Coming Closer by Betsy Stalcup, Ph.D.
What does it mean to be secretly attached to God? Learn about the four attachment styles and how it effect our relationship with God, and others.

Session Four: Redemption in the Midst of Disaster by The Rev. Brian Smith
Our God is a redeeming God. Watch testimonies from community members on how they weathered the storms of life, with God, through a hurricane in Florida last year.
The exercises for this session are in the workbook on pages 55-57.
Day Three
Session Five: Learning to Love Like Jesus by Betsy Stalcup, Ph.D.
As Christians, we believe that our purpose in life is to grow more and more like Jesus, who epitomizes love. Throughout our life we want to learn to love as he loved—to love everyone we encounter as he loves them. In this session, let the Lord transform your heart and renew your mind to love the lovable and unloveable alike.

Session Six: Living in the Goodness of God Every Day by David Takle, MDiv
Finish the retreat strong with this session emphasizing the daily care of your soul, your relationship and your participation in the Kingdom.
