Classes
Immanuel Practice Sessions
This is na opportunity to practice all you have learned in your Leadership Development Immanuel Prayer Training! You will be able to further your training by leading and receiving Immanuel Prayer with others in these sessions.
Relational Maturity, by Betsy Stalcup
Relational maturity is the social and psychological development we gain through our interactions with people—parents, role models, peers, children, and those in need— as well as through interactions with God and even ourselves. In this course you will learn. . .
How to recognize relational maturity, as well as a lack of maturity.
The five stages of relational maturity from infant to elder.
What you need to receive from others at each stage.
What tasks you must master to fully mature.
Why relational immaturity is one of the biggest problem in the world.
How to self-assess your own infant and child maturity.
How to recover from your maturity deficits.
How to understand what children need at each stage of life.
On a deeper level, you will understand. . .
Why you fight so much with your spouse or others. You have different maturity deficits and what seems normal to you might be a deficit.
Why prayer ministry alone—through incredibly valuable and necessary—is not enough.
Why some non-believers seem more mature than some of the Christians you know.
Why leaders can have great educations and wonderful skills but still act like infants at times.
Why the parts of your heart have a hard time getting along with each other. They may be at different maturity levels and have different needs and deficits.
Facing Life’s Losses, by Betsy Stalcup
Life is full of painful losses that must be grieved, but many of us have found that our culture does not welcome grief nor supply the support we need to face the pain and let it go. This interactive workshop looks at what we grieve, how we grieve, how to move through the process of grieving including journaling with God about our regrets, our need to forgive and any anger we may be feeling. We will learn how, when ready, to surrender our grief to God in this 12-week course.

Pricing
Over the past year, we've had financial shortcomings month after month while also discovering that our generous donors have also been covering over 80% of HCI's operational costs. We've additionally seen similar organizations charge between $500 and $900 for programs like the 8-week Immanuel training. As we move forward, we are adjusting our pricing for Leadership Development to $499. If everyone participates at this new rate, we will nearly cover the total cost of $7,200 to run the class.
However, since you are already part of our previous model, we want to honor that relationship. We want to ensure that no one is excluded from the Leadership Development program. If you are in a position to contribute more than the $499 fee we are asking, it would greatly assist those in our group who may struggle with the higher cost, while also helping HCI achieve financial balance for our class. Your generosity can make a significant difference in fostering inclusivity and support within our community.

Payment
We encourage you to contribute what you can or what you believe this program is valued at. The cost to cover teaching and materials is set at $499 per person. However, if you are able to offer more than this amount, your generosity would significantly help those in our community who may find the fee challenging, while also supporting HCI in maintaining financial stability for our class.
