Discover a fresh, life-giving approach to communication in Listening for Heaven’s Sake—a dynamic class designed for couples and singles who want deeper understanding, connection, and respect in every relationship. So many of us find ourselves stuck in frustration, misunderstanding, or conflict when trying to express what we think, feel, or need. This class offers a new way forward.
Over nine weeks, you’ll explore biblical wisdom and practical, hands-on exercises that help uncover and break eight common habits that quietly sabotage healthy communication. You’ll learn how to build trust through warmth, empathy, and genuine respect—while developing the ability to truly hear others and convey authentic care.
As you grow in these skills, you’ll discover how to cultivate meaningful, life-giving relationships and overcome communication barriers.
There are no prerequisites for this class.

Facilitator
GRACE BUCHANAN has been facilitating online encouragement and growth groups such as the Belonging class and Shalom in the Morning for the last few years. She has trained to facilitate inner healing since 1996, and certified in Mashah Ministry led by Ruth Hendrickson. Her professional background was in education as reading specialist, history teacher, and learning disability teacher consultant. Loving Jesus since a child, in 1972 Grace learned God is still speaking. To hear His voice has been her passion ever since. Grace has been married to Scott Buchanan for 48 years; they have three children and four grandchildren, and together they lead a community group in their local church.
